Return and Exchange

Our greatest wish is that those who wear Boun'Shoes are always satisfied. If something doesn't convince you, you've changed your mind or the number you chose doesn't fit perfectly, you can make a return or exchange request.

The conditions for obtaining returns and exchanges:

• Communicate your wish to return or exchange by email to the following address: italianbounceshoes@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products.
• Purchase the voucher by selecting whether the return and exchange is on national territory (Italy) or abroad.
• Complete the purchase by indicating in the checkout the details where we will have to send our courier.
